Quest Endurance started out of the passion of Mary Carter, to continue helping runners discover their full abilities and pursue their goals. Through personalized, one-on-one coaching (both locally and remote) from a certified coach, Quest Endurance is helping athletes take the guesswork out of their training by providing a tailored approach for every athlete.

Whether you are running to improve your fitness, wanting to race your first 5K, or seeking to set a new PR at any distance, Quest Endurance is here to help you reach your goals. With so many paths that athletes can take toward their endurance goals, we help craft an approach based on each athlete’s fitness and endurance objectives, proving success at milestones along the training journey. Our mission is to keep athletes consistently improving their performance, health, and balanced lifestyle.


Meet Mary Carter

After starting competitive running at an early age, I cycled through a couple of decades of life and inactivity, finding myself starting over with running at the age of 48. I have done many races since starting over from 5k, 5mile, 10k, 10mile, HM and the Marathon. Through the cycles of life, my own journey with running has been a quest in itself for answers when quitting was not an option. My passion to help others through coaching was born from my experience with group programs and seeing the need for a more individualized approach.

  • Certified as a RRCA Level I Distance Coach in 2012.

  • Certified as a RRCA Level II Distance Coach in 2017.

  • USATF Cross Country Specialist.

  • 7 years of Certified Coaching Experience.

  • 1 year Team in Training Coach.

  • 1 year Coach for Fleet Feet's No Boundaries program.

  • Private coach with Volte from 2013 - Spring 2019.
